Acquisition Command parameters not showing in telemetry

Description
When sending the ACQ command, the ACQ command seems to execute, as evidenced by "Acquisition Command" bit in telemetry goes HIGH. But the other parameters do not show up in telemetry, they remain 0. See enclosed images that show the command parameters and the resulting telemetry screen shots.
