To get the decompression VI's needed to decompress the compressed science data packets, we use the VI Package Manager.
Download VI Package Manager installer here: Manager:
https://vipm.jki.net/get
Run installer, choose all defaults.
Run the VI Package Manager.
It defaults to 2017 64 bit, but we are using the 32 bit version, so switch to just "2017".
Search for and select OpenG LabVIEW ZIP Library and install (install all libraries that show up as dependent)
Now OpenG should appear on your palette.
