Description
While running the regression test on the ESIM #1, the regression test failed because it could not verify Cmd Function Code Echo in the science packet. Found the following:
emirsMain.vi shows SOH packets coming in fine over the PC UART's.
emirsMainScienceData.vi shows nothing coming in, but the SCS still connected.
hydraTelemetry.vi still connected but not updating at all.
Stopped hydraTelemetry.vi and restarted. Now the Hydra telemetry is updating and show about 9 science packets per second, as expected.
Stopped and restarted emirsMainScienceData.vi. Now science packets are being received.
Conclusion is the SCS server or, more generally maybe, the connections somehow got hosed up.
